40 hours/week - 8-10 hrs/week can be completed remotely
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions.

Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

Maintains historical records by filing documents.
-
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Responsible for payroll and payroll taxes

Work with the team to maintain all technology and troubleshoot any issues

Reviewing doc & marketing material as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Previous bookkeeping experience preferred

Preferred familiarity with CRM systems, QuickBooks, & Microsoft Office Suites

Any proficiency in Spanish is a plus
