Bookkeeper:

Years Experience 2-3 years 

40 hours/week - 8-10 hrs/week can be completed remotely

 

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions.

  • Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.

  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Responsible for payroll and payroll taxes

  • Work with the team to maintain all technology and troubleshoot any issues

  • Reviewing doc & marketing material as needed

Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:

  • Process/Procedure Development

  • Information analysis

  • Reporting Research Results

  • Data Entry Skills

  • Accounting

  • Detail Oriented 

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills

  • Easily adopts new tools and processes

  • Well informed about or proficient in the use of technology, especially computers & iPhones

  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

 

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

  • Previous bookkeeping experience preferred

  • Preferred familiarity with CRM systems, QuickBooks, & Microsoft Office Suites

  • Any proficiency in Spanish is a plus
